Description

Tinctures and extracts are concentrated plant extracts made by soaking the bark, berries, leaves, or roots alcohol or vinegar, oil, glycerin, water or other medium.  All plants have different reactions to specific mediums, have an optimal time of the year to extract and specific plants parts that are most effective for internal and topical use. This class is the how to with hands on using dried plant material if fresh is not available.
