Description
Switchels are a traditional North American 18th-century beverage and served as an acceptable alternative to alcoholic spirits during the Temperance movement. We will combine honey or molasses, apple cider vinegar, and fruit to make a switchel and use that to make some pretty cool non-alcoholic drink alternatives, fruit and herb-focused. You will go home with a book of recipes and the skill to create your glasses of awesomeness. November 18th, 2025 6:00-8:00 PM 456 South Grand St., Suffield
