Learn all about the benefits of fermented foods that you won’t learn by following the Standard American Diet. Fermented foods have been associated with several positive health effects, including improved digestive health, stronger immunity, and increased availability of beneficial nutrients.  Experience how easy it is to produce your own fermented foods such as sauerkraut, beet kvass, kombucha, assorted condiments, mayonnaise, yogurt and more. In class, we will make Sauerkraut, mayonnaise with healthy oils and Kombucha.
