Foaming hand soap is amazing. This refill is to be used with the foaming hand soap pump container. Clean out the pump container by rinsing, then filling with clean water. Depress pump until it no longer foams. Empty and add 2/3 cup water, then shake refill jar and add the entire contents of this container. Tighten cap and there you are.
