Totally Clear Body Butter
Body Butters are light as a feather and a unique product, one of which I will always have around.
I personally have an ethical problem with applying lotions to my skin. I've said it before and I'll say it again: What you put on your skin goes directly into your bloodstream! I don't need even one more toxin coming into my body and will do all I can to prevent it.
In this formula, I use shea butter for superb moisture and exceptional healing properties, coconut oil as a wonderful moisturizer, cocoa butter to lubricate and protect the skin and help fade scars, grape seed oil for moisturizing and assisting with skin repairs with its mildly astringent and antiseptic properties, and finally vitamin E which is a wonderful antioxidant and may help to regulate Vitamin A in the skin. It smells like chocolate with no added scents or oils, due to the cocoa butter. Body butter will melt at 78 degrees and become an oil. You can still use them, and they still have the same properties, but it's not the same. Should you inadvertently allow them to melt, use your mixer to 'fluff' it up again. Keep oils chilled if you are in a hot environment.
