For best results add 4 tablespoons to a warm bath. Soak for 15-20 minutes, and then allow the salt to remain on your body without rinsing in order to prolong the detoxifying and mineralizing effects.

FYI: Did you know many people are deficient in Magnesium. Magnesium is the second most abundant element inside human cells, activates over 300 enzyme reactions in the body and is critical for the immune system. Magnesium is readily absorbed through the dermal layer, and as far as I am concerned is the BEST way to get it. If you are using bath therapy for the minerals, don't run the water too hot! Though the heat can be soothing, temperatures that are too high will make your pores close, preventing absorption of any minerals. In addition, hot baths will make you sweat, just like a sauna, and you may feel tired or sluggish from dehydration.
